![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I feel like a lot of Crimethinc’s older material (the zine To Change Everything, for example, or Days of War/Nights of Love) is some of the most readable material on anarchism out there. It really does do a great job of explaining how anarchism works without going deep into philosophy and specifics Yes! That’s great for the original question. But again, both of these seem much more like something to read to actual toddlers, and so wouldn’t be as helpful for curious adults looking into this, and neither of them are available for free Something aimed at kids could be just right!ĪBC’s of Anarchy is kinda the gold standard for this kinda stuff, and probably exactly what you’re looking for if you’re an adult trying to get a simpler grasp on anarchism (it’s also the only one on this list that I could find hosted for free)Īnd for anyone else reading who might be an adult trying to find stories to actually read to young children, Tales for Little Rebels: A Collection of Radical Children’s Literature is a collection of 43 stories from throughout history for little anarchists, and the Wee Rebels series by John Sevens and illustrated by Jana Christy looks cute as heck. I often feel like I’ve almost got it from intro for-adults writing. I feel like anarchist material wouldn’t take the tact of “kids are dumb” so it seems like a good “simple but solid” place for me to start. Personally I’d love some recs for English-language anarchist material for kids. ![]()
